Ultimately it lies with the shareholders to demand accountability of management and financial responsibility. No one here including me has a clue as to what has happened to the company.

There is no available current paperwork to give even a hint of where we stand. I have no clue on why this POS is still trading.

What we bought into a long time ago might be completely different to what is left - if anything.

It be nice for longtime shareholders to get together and have a investigation done. All indications were that the company was profitable and undergoing expansion.

Where is our piece of the pie? Do we still own any piece of the pie? Why is this POS still trading?

This is pinkyland and shareholders almost never get anything kind of legal stuff happening. NO diff. here. IF the simmons family have gotten away with anything, its because we have done nothing.
- Bottom line is we still dont have a clue about what we do or do not have a stake in if anything.

I look at it as a write off, but if we had a chance of putting the responsible Simmons people on the curb I'd put money into it. Nothing will happen here, same old, same old.
