PPJE will move up, if and when, there is enough buying to overcome the selling. I can't make it do anything on my own. Whether I throw money at the ask, or wait at the bid for a seller to meet my order, wouldn't make a bit of difference with PPJE at this point in time.

I know from experience, the only person I can control is me. If I have an opportunity to buy at a 33% discount ... then I will. If a stock is moving quickly upwards, then I may hit the ask (if I want in before it upticks), otherwise I try to buy at the bid. But that's just me! If you, or anyone else wants to always buy at the ask, then by all means be my guest! Just for the record, I currently don't have an interest in buying this stock.

The market is full of all different types of traders/investors. There always will be bid sitters, ask smackers, bottom feeders ... you name it. I just try to make money the best way I know how, all the while realizing I can't control the trading style of others. If what I am doing ever isn't working, then I know I need to make changes with myself, as trying to get others to change is futile!

All just my opinion.
