Rick, Goig, All, re: bid/ask.

In having Level II, I usually can see almost all the exchanges. I noticed on this site that they do not always show the highest bid, or the lower ask price.

I also notice the same thing when I look at my Fidelity account.

Part of why I like Level II access.
