That is very odd indeed. Most brokerages "store" your order on their server once it is placed so these things do NOT happen. I could not feel comfortable with that. At least it was not a sell stop order it missed. Mine even let's me know when I shut down that I have "open orders" that will continue to run even though I am logged off.

I hope it was a one time deal and not something that is standard. Good luck.

Have a good weekend all. Hot as crap here for the next few days (mid 90's) and humid...yuck
