you mean how many shares were they forced to convert by the friendly financier trying to cash out before the rules changed, before the R/S?

I think we got slammed from 1.5bil to 5.8bil....or something stupid like that..It killed the "investment" part until EI R/S...Even then there were a few months of tense moments with management and how they were going to stop the BS...

Guess what...They did...Its been hard no doubt about that, but its been real...I can survive a R/S now....and if they are making millions with no debt (which will come very soon IMO) its all profit after that...

41mil shares is easier to absorb than 600mil....
