I don't have any interest in going after Marcus or Mark or anyone else for that matter...What I want to do and what I encourage everyone else to do is to KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL!!! The VOLUNTARY Chapter 11 BK is the way to get the company up and running again. I do not believe that the lienholders want to be paid off...I believe that they want the company and I think that what stands in their way are the shareholders. We shareholders need to stick together; we need to do what we can to show that the company is worth Billions; and we need to execute our shareholder rights and vote into office those who will defend our investment here. All this talk of sueing this guy and that guy in a Diversion to get us to do the wrong thing. The pot of gold lies in getting the company up and running and in keeping our share value...everything else is a DIVERSION!!!
