Consolidation is just price action not doing much.... Anyone who wants to sell.... Sells and anyone who truly believes the stock will keep going up.... Buys more.... So your pretty much shaking out weak hands during this period.... It's a good thing....

And Dilution is bad.... It's when Companies sell shares in the open market to raise capital.... :)
