Hi Steven,

There has been progress made. The review of the 2007 restated financials is
complete and the final statements are being prepared to file the 10K. The
auditors informed us yesterday that we are required to compile all the
subsequent events from Jan 1, 2008 until present and include them in the
restated 2007 10K. This will take a bit of work but it is being done. On a
positive note all the subsequent event disclosure will be complete up to
current so in essence should speed up the overall timelines to be current up
to the most recent quarter. I am hoping to get some timelines for all events
at some point today.

Just wanting to know the latest on the 07s and the web site. If there is
anything you could tell me I would be thankful. I belive you when you say
you have to make this work or you get nothing. I am behind you 100% I would
