Have you ever thought the 4B shares could have been authorized as part of a payout to the officer of the company? So basically during the negotiations they set a share balance of 12B at a price of .005 with 4B of those being owned by the officers of the co. So maybe there was on dilution here and just a ton of people running for the hills when the PR's stopped.
