Hi magoo. The split is 2.5:1, and the float is currently 1.2M (very tightly held) and the O/S is currently 9.95M. Therefore, following the split, the float will be 3M an the O/S will be 24.8M (If I did my math correct)

I'm planning on posting more DD on the header of the thread such as the financials and what exactly they do.
