Finishing Up Financials to Raise Pinksheets Status

Hello everyone, Jim here. I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to share some great news with you all. We are almost completely caught up with Green Star Energies' financials. As of this writing, two financial statements have already been posted to Pinksheets.com and we anticipate the remaining two quarters and the 10-K to be completed and filed soon. As you know, this will improve GSRE's status with Pinksheets, raising it from "STOP" to "YIELD". Additionally, we intend to continue our efforts to make GSRE fully current. Though the final step will take additional time, we remain focused on completing the process. This will give the company greater access to finacing arrangements in our continual efforts to develop new projects. An official press release will be made public immediately following the completion of the remaining financial statements and their upload. Continue checking the website and Pinksheet filings.
