I agree completely. The pps needs to be much higher before considering a reverse split and the only way to do that is closing these acquisitions. If a R/S is done prematurely before this is done then the pps would more than likely drop way below whatever the R/S put it at thus making it entirely pointless to have done that R/S in the first place. However a R/S at $1 or 2 would be good, especially if it's needed to get to the NYSE.
