Lack of faith or honesty in the investment community by the CEOs of the companies ?

MMs shorting till it hurts ?
Gaffney had the MMs in the palm of his hands because of the NSS.
He had options to force the MMs to cover and did not.

I dont think he wanted to make enemies of the MMs because when this venture ends ( or has it) he will be up and running new more exciting companies ( selling stock is a honest business).

Gaffney emphatically stated transparency for HESG , so where is it ?

The MMJ business was a hot topic in January , with Obamas lessing.
IMHO there is more honesty in the illegal , street corner (M)MJ
business.
Eventually the PFIZERS AND JNJ AND BRISTOL MYERS will have the market
