You must do your own DD. But mine reveals this company has a product selling in stores, restaurants & other facilities. Management is working very hard to bring awareness which is key, to any product. Commercials and other awareness efforts will start soon to accomplish this. The product is BEER and people drink when they are happy, sad, relaxed, hyper, daytime, nighttime, anytime. The brewery in Germany is reputable and Heineken owns 49% of it.
I believe the PPS is down due to delays & lack of news revealed by the company and that will change when a PR with company updates is released. The company seems to be making great progress in a relatively short period of time and I have not found anything that says otherwise.
