Perhaps Ray sees no need to pump the stock. He seems to be the type that underpromises and overdelivers. He seems to want to let the story tell itself and is being patient on the pps knowing that in the next 6 to 12 months it will work itself out quite nicely. His approach is preferred by me and I have no doubt in the long-run will garner much favor with individual investors and institutions.
