Are all the Patents “Cast Iron”
It is uncertain whether any third party patents will require us to alter our products or processes, obtain licenses or cease certain activities. In addition, if patents have been issued to others, which contain competitive or conflicting claims and such claims are ultimately determined to be valid, we may be required to obtain licenses to those patents or to develop or obtain alternative technology. If any licenses are required, there can be no assurance we will be able to obtain necessary licenses on commercially favorable terms, if at all.
