If it were a blue chip it would already be at $35/share. You may have unrealistic expectations about concrete facts on the otc/pink market. This is where %400-%2000 gains are possible because of the uncertainty. The pps goes up as uncertainty goes down. Show me any solid, certain pink at .0001
