Asks and bids are not always displayed in this realm. The order size is also not really known, even though it shows 5000 or 10,000 - that is not necessarily the size of the order. At best, it gives an approximate picture of how things might be, IMO.

If you have an order in to sell at .11 and nothing is happening, no one is stepping up to buy at that price. If you lower your price, you might find a taker. At this point, until news comes, you might have difficulty finding a buyer. The wait has been long and people may be viewing this as only a place to park dead money. There is nothing concrete to prove that opinion wrong. I tend to think that it is wrong, but that is just my opinion - I can't prove it. If you can't get enough for your shares to sell them at this point, you might be just as well off to wait until there is news and hope to sell them at higher prices then. JMHO.
