FWIW...I spoke today with an associate involved in hydrocarbon consumption. He is projecting that before year end, oil should be somewhere in the vicinity of USD 100 per barrel. This projection is based on the temporary (although significant) cessation of offshore drilling in the U.S. and its impact on international supply and demand.

I have no link. I have nothing like that so do with this information as you wish. I thought it was interesting although obviously questionable.
