I doubt if the 106,944 shares at $.03 was Anna selling. If I'm reading that Form 4 right, those 1.5 million shares were options exercisable at $.355 per share vesting over 3 years of service beginning February 1, 2009. After reading her departure letter I doubt if she exercised her options.
Somebody needed pocket change, but at least somebody else was willing to provide it.
