MY recent Convo with Ares

I asked about why there wasnt any PR he said he needs to get it approved by Kidder and Kidder wants to run it by the lawyers before release. because of what has happened. and they will release it soon as of yesterday Kidder told him 24 to 48 hours
because they had good news that could be added into the PR so they are also waiting for that reason because they are still working on that. If they cant get it dont in time they a PR will be released soon and the Good News will be released later


I asked if there was going to be a R/S now that the price was low he said that will NOT HAPPEN!!! and it isnt even being talked about

I asked why didnt the company respond to SEC for information before the Halt he said they werent given the chance they NEVER got notice or a request for information. He also said the day before the halt
20 million shares were shorted ( IMO a MM or whoever shorted called in and said they were a scam)

also i asked about the new offering I was told that orginally it was only suppose to be for CALI residents and they changed it and offered it to anyone . they are perferred stocks that cant be converted to common shares for 12 months.
the timing of its approval just happened to be now

also he told me they have just recently been approved to do contract work themselves and meet all the requirements to do so. and they offered those perferred shares to raise capital to get equiment to do so. he had raised a good amount before the halt by the SEC.

he also told me that that as on right now without any more contracts or the left behind recovery well projects added in , they will have a revenue of $14 million is year ( as of a few months back) and that they will be profitable, he doesnt know exactly how much expenses will be but he said he can almost garauntte it will be profitable and that

he also said they have 2 other jobs they will be starting soon for clean-up that will give them another $1 million plus each in revenue and more similiar jobs are in the works and from my understanding these jobs werent included in the $14 million above
