Bro, I dont think it matters! I have been buying 1 or 2 ticks above the ask all day with th exception of my last buy and they fill it at the bid or luckily the ASK. WTF does that mean?? It is really pissing me off!!! These Phuckers need to PAY!!! Sorry, Ive been drinkin since noon!
