Getting the SEC actively involved may be our best opportunity to secure any funds that may exist and secure criminal penalties.

I've posted this before, but if anyone has not yet filed a complaint with the SEC, I would encourage you to do so. The more complaints the SEC receives, the higher it may move up in their priorities. You may file your complaint online at:
