JJ, welcome to the board! Sometimes its normal as the MMs don't really have that many shares down here to sell. It really gets aggravating when they fill your order of several hundred thousand shares with a 10,000 share partial fill and then move up the ask. You may want to try buying in smaller quantities of 200k or so. That's what worked for me.
