Although pinkies aren't required to file with the sec, wouldn't they have to before going ahead with something as major as a r/s? What I'm asking is if we still were unaware of the document in sunbiz.org, and remained unaware on 6/21, could the r/s happened anyway, too bad for shareholders, hells bells, and have a nice day? How did they go through with the r/s a year ago with regard to shareholder awareness requirements, if any?
