Last night I watched Costners video on his machine. He stated that they do not need any dispersants or chemicals to make it work. So my question is are they going to use the KC9000 to float the oil from the water and refine it after Costners machine? Please help me out there are some very smart people on this board. New investor and I am trying to get my hands wrapped around this thing.
