Grapeman - due diligence on CEO? i wonder why? conflict of interest? monumental news. i hope the new CEO's due diligence comes out free and clear of any criminal and/or risk management activities. there it is the due diligence on your new CEO.

so even if the CEO already exist, i guess they are questioning his background after he has been hired or is that before he is hired as CEO? i hope he has an engineering and/or chemistry degree of some sort. better make sure that he knows what it takes to drill 150 holes... jmho
