Ok... I'll try one more time....

FAT, now we are talking, The tone has changed from Adam is a crook to we do not know.......

No we do not know lots of things we do know Adam is a crook or at a minimum associates with crooks. (see Turino inditement)

Pr stated the case is settled which mean all parties have agreed to certain terms........You agree now ooag has assests regardless the No. of wells, which is fine........

I never said they didn't have assets.

If we know all facts the stock might be $1 or .001, and because we do not know all facts, it is up to each investors to do DD and make his/her wether buy or not to buy........

Correct. And in my case the fact that I don't have any facts raised a red flag. Why do I not have facts? I assume if the facts were good they'd want me to know.

In my case I read all prs which are public..........

No you read all the prs that are public and less than a year old.

Clearly, the company after the case settled beleives they have assests good enough to cancel all preferred shares

?? What do the assets have to do with canceling the prefereds?

The prefered were a problem because they were illegally issued under the pretense of preventing a hostile take over then used to vote for a raise in the A/S and a 1000-1 RS. They had to get rid of them with or without assets.

and use cash and reduce o/s

The company may and may not have cash. If they do we don't know how much. They never said. Assuming they do have material amounts then using it to buy back the insiders shares at some unannounced price and retiring them leaving the insiders with less than a 10% stake and the company with less money is the kind of thing I shouldn't have to bash but everyone was so giddy about it.

and seek expansion through buy or jv and all that done in cash deal.

Again, no details, no amount to be invested, no what part of the globe Omda would be sending the cash to except it was "offshore" the last place you'd want to make Biodiesel if you were and American co. eligable for government subsidies.

Also, based on prs the have assests that can be sold for good return........

I suppose that's true. Not sure how converting income producing assets into cash can be hearalded as some leap in value but again we don't know enough to say. I'm going to guess shareholders will have an easier time finding their oil wells than they will their cash.

I see that hiring a CEO is a sign of strenght and not weakness. It shows the commitment to stear ship into righ direction.......

Can't argue that point as you opinion is subjective. Getting a new CEO could be a good thing. Getting rid of the old one would be more important to me. That he still would have the keys makes the move moot.

I see the unknow is helping me to buy cheap and I beleive future is bright.

That's why we have markets. We all vote with our money.

You disputed ooag and stated many times the are misleading shareholders and not worth investing. Now you say the unknow is what you like to know........Are you here searching for truth to invest?

I wouldn't consider investing again until managment is replaced. And yes I believe you are being misled. But again that's why they have markets.
