I believe Owens is dumping his shares of POKG now that the terms of the deal are final,thats why you keep seeing those 50k block sells over and over again at .03 the good thing is that the MMs on the bid at .03 both seem to want them and have been going back and forth accumulating and know they are going to take it right up when the selling is done.
