I just got off the phone with him. He just said somewhat the same as he has been telling everyone who called in that was he wants to put out some PRs last week but the lawyer recommend not too and now I called the ACLH's president about putting out PRs as soon as possible. The president said he will get back to him with all the PRs sometime the end of this week. Ares also mention that there are good news and contracts as he's been told but he doesn't know what those are yet 'cause they have not been made official. And about getting ACLH back on pink sheet, it would have about 6 weeks.
