Just called IR

Ah, I don't even know where to start. First of all the IR phone # is NOT IN SERVICE! Second - "certainly maybe" WHAT THE HEEL DOES THAT MEAN? Third - "I don't give out dates" BUT THEN YOU DO! This is all just ridiculous!
