Eric, I have Scottrade. I have sold stocks at the Ask. While I'm not selling PIHN (it's a long-term stock for me), I have sold others at the Ask.

It just truly takes buying pressure (high volume day with people buying at the Ask) and patience to wait. Sometimes I put a buy in at the Ask, sometimes the Bid... depending on my mood of the moment.

If you are trying to sell PIHN at the Ask, it will probably not sell until a higher volume day with more people buying at the Ask. Currently, we have a lot of people loading up at the Bid because many believe their will be a big run and want to load up at the bottom.
