I hear .. more excuses to be brought to the share holders -
moving towards July of 2010 and still .. NO DONE DEAL

when the DONE DEAL was a DONE DEAL in APRIL

when the float moves close to 75 BILLION you might see something

only

75 billion O/S
- 45 BILLION float

only 30 BILLION left to sell ( in round numbers )
