How on earth can anyone be short on this right now??? With all the DD and the EC and the statements from the Debtors on all parties being satisfied for emergence, and the big money that is in this with possible financing from UBS and the distinct possiblity (more than likely) that shareholder value remains at much more than the current value... it is just amazing and foolish IMO. I know it is probably people hedging, but IMO the side to be on is the LONG side according to all the facts on the table.
