“The power purchase agreement
between Laidlaw and P.S.N.H. is key
to the whole project,” said Mayor Paul
Grenier.
“I’m extremely ecstatic,” said Grenier.
He added this step takes the Laidlaw
project from the drawing board
to being a real project with real work
and real people.
