I would run my company without catering to the petty needs of the investors. It is like a politician who is constantly looking to how he or she is perceived by the public and acting in ways to elicit approval, that is BS and always forever will be. I don't really want my elected officials acting in that capacity and when they are it concerns me that they are more interested in such matters, their personal agenda and the superficial nature of politics than accomplishing real things. If the CEO of this company is looking to message boards and actually gives a rats ass what we all have to say then yes, we all need to worry and start litigating because they are doing squat to achieve their goals. What the hell would Ley or any of his associates be doing scouring Yahoo and other discussion boards rather than putting their noses to the grindstone? That would worry me way more if they were even reacting and also show they are so easily swayed by what others think rather than blazing a new trail with a new unprecedented technology that could change the face of energy consumption as we know it and not only preserve our nation in the hierarchy of greatness but save the whole damn planet from annihilation from our own pollution. Even through wars as we slip from being a superpower and other nations race to replace us. I like to think as much evil the US is blamed for in history that we actually keep a bottle cap on much of the pressure bubbling throughout our earthly sphere. It is innovative technologies such as these that will keep us on the top economically, militarily and intellectually. We have nothing but precedents before us of the technologies that we developed or perfected right here within our boundaries, I do not need to laundry list them all, that the world over is using right now at this very moment.
Stop being your own worst enemies and dare to believe. We can all always sue later, nothing will prohibit us from doing that. Country first, especially in this instance.
