Targeted Annual Energy: By the end of Program deployment, APS is seeking to
procure approximately 200,000 MWh of annual energy

Respondents proposing photovoltaic resources with a PPA contract life
levelized bid price higher than $150 per MWh will not be evaluated.

So we know the MAXIMUM revenues from this bid will be $150 x 200,000 = $30,000,000/year
Add all their other plans, this can be huge.
Not bad ;)

The $4.49 target price may be conservative... I see this going much higher :)
