Costner said in his testimony that his machine did not need the use of chemicals or dispersants. So my question where would the KC9000 be used at? Does Costners machine collect the oil and then we could use the KC9000 to seperate it from the water? I am a investor and just trying to learn a little bit more about KC9000 and the other possiblities that it has. Any help is appreciated.
