If there is upward recovery and it holds then this current surge will be valid with stronger upward action coming soon. If it falls back down to .002 or lower and doesn't come back, then my conclusion will be another cycle like in late Feb--all based on information related to the other closely named company.

Hoping for the former...with something out of Belmont to seal the deal..
