How can you pump an FDA play?

Its out of the normal hands on these kind of plays. Buy low, dump half on company news.
No need to over think this stuff.

.03 is my buy level. Then buy as it hits bottom and rebounds. It will take time. I feel .03 is about as low as it is going. Thats just me.
