Oh no, they are absolutely right on this, if they have actual evidence they need to turn it in. This has nothing to do with empathy, it has everything to do with making things right. The SEC will not touch it unless they have actual proof in hand of wrong doing, it will start the investigation. Only then will something happen, the SEC cannot halt trading based upon a hunch or poor assumption.

But it is nothing more than a charade and false accusations.
