All I can say is what i have posted.

Everything can be confirmed. Craig has been blasted by Phone calls. Yes he was screamed at by alot of folks and is completely caught off guard.

If you need to call him Please be cordial. Ask him if he talked to Robert for a long time. He will confirm everything.

We talked about Raising the Authorized instead of the R/S. There is a meeting about it tomorrow. Rev's are coming in.

Well, they can have meetings until the cows come home, but as of this moment, there is a reverse split. I'm looking right now at the filing. It's an amendment to the articles of incorporation, authorizing the reverse split to occur on June 21.

I've owned and been President and CEO of two corporations, both of them in Florida. The ONLY way they can stop this, is they have to file yet another amendment to their corporate charter, canceling out this one. Will they do it in the "meeting" tomorrow, or was that just a smokescreen to defer the shareholder anger in here? Knowing how the board votes on small companies such as this, I'd this was planned quite some time ago, and it will probably happen, with a series of "we're talking about it now" in releases to angry shareholders until the day it actually happens and reality hits home.

I'm not too happy either. I'm sitting on a boatload of shares that will probably go red on the opening.
