Banyon...you say this needs to be sent to SEC if true so shareholders don't get bilked out of their money. The point I am trying to make is... Sending this to the SEC is the surest way of losing shareholders money. No chance for gains for BEHL after SEC either way..TRUE OR NOT TRUE...Get it!!!
