I have been long on AEXCA since I learned about it which was unfortunately after it started up. Anyway, I got in when it was hovering around 20.

I have stayed long because I think that they will eventually win other patent cases and be another QCOM.

Another stock that may benefit from a patent settlment is IMMR. It won a jury award against Sony but Sony has not yet settled.

I don't think IMMR will be as big as AEXCA but not many stocks will.
