Things are really turning nasty on this board.

I guess there is a lot of frustration, but I don't think it helps to vent on a board like this when you may not have the full story. Why scare away possible investors who might bring some good?

What is happening at BEHL may feel like highway robbery to some, but maybe you are invested in a doomsday scenario and making it a self-fulfilling prophesy.

I see the BEHL team is a group of hard working people who have been pouring their passions into something they really believe in, and are still prepared to bring to real fruition. I also believe there is another side to all that is happening that has yet to be shared. Maybe there is a buy-back in BEHL's future, maybe this is the very best decision they could have possibly made and exactly what any one of us would do in the same situation.

Of course, things are not rosey down on the green lagoon. I have had reservations about DF from time to time, never because I thought he was a 'scam artist' as some would have you believe, but because he has a problem closing deals. I had hoped that BG would repair that issue.

As for BG - I thnk it can be a sign of a good CEO to not jump in and micro-manage, but to try to steer the ship in the right direction. I hope he is doing that and we are going to see some result of his leadership soon.

The image that a number of management gurus use is that of a group of people hacking their way through a jungle. The managers are making sure they have all the tools they need, and are prooperly fed etc. But the CEO ( as head of leadership team)
is busy climbing a tree and making sure they are hacking a trail that goes in the right direction, and not just where it is easy to go.

If there is anything I am not quite comfortable with at this point, it is the way DF and BG define their jobs and roles, and how that gets communicated to the rest of us. There seems to be a lot of chiefs and maybe only one or two other indians.

Agression rarely brings positive results, especially when it is just hot air being vented haphazardly. As we say in the pool hall-"Stand back and let the shot develop!"
