Anyone else find the "RS document" timing a little odd? Why now are we having all these people on the board yelling about EFLN. If it was filed the 3rd, why is just now surfacing?

I'm going to need a little more evidence before I jump to any conclusions...

Do the mods have anything to clarify this? Maybe Frank needs a call!
