Here is the complaint I filed. Unfortunately I had to be brief because I'm at work. But it's time to make Mr. Davis pay for his crimes. I'm $2500 in the hole because of his lies.

(PDMI), a Pink Sheet OTC company, has committed fraud by stating that a 510(k) application was filed in March 2010 for two medical devices, creating shareholder demand, then diluting stocks to pay for funds with the investments, only to announce in June (the proposed approval month for their Medical Devices) that they didn't file in March.
