Not at the moment..meaning that they are not for sale!! but yes..I concede that they are counted as part of the float.

Well, my shares are not part of the float at the moment

if you own shares they're 100% part of the float ..



the 8 k is a legal doc..so I will accept that over anyones opinion on this board.
