Once the funds are settled... plus I didn't say when... I usually like to burn them right after a huge short...LOL. Regardless, now is not the time and my funds aren't going to be available until tomorrow... more on Friday, so for today I am squating. I would have to sell out of Tivo if I really wanted to manipulate this... and in case you haven't noticed... I would really be taking it up the rear if I did that... I am holding until the appeal get turned down and the price spikes back to the 17/18 dollars per share range.
