I agree with you bobby, as by definition shares held by insiders restricted or not are not considered part of the float.

So who knows how many shares Lumb and company are holding?? One thing is for sure..they will reap the lions share of the div.

They don't get theirs until we get ours and I'm sure I read somewhere in past filings of how many shares Mr. B was given and it was a bunch. You know he wants the div price to be as high as he can get it.
